Although the above quote has nothing to do with this post, it does share one commonality with that of French House producer, Etienne De Crey… Ok, not really, but do I like both the quote and De Crey, so that much they do have in common. But moving on…
More recently I’ve been listening to a lot of this somewhat notable French House producer. I say “somewhat notable” because, in my opinion, De Crey doesn’t garner the attention his music deserve. In general he fits the French House model very well, but overall his productions venture into new sounds foreign to the genre. Regardless, he’s still pretty damn good.
This particular track can be found on the soundtrack for the French film 99 Francs, along with other De Crey tracks. While I could find a link for the download, here’s as close as it gets. Instead, the The Bloody Beetroot’s (who were somehow in Memphis last week) remix will have to suffice as provided below.
